Yeah, I've been visiting Dr. Nair for many years. I think she gives us a lot of time, very empathic and finds solution based on our medical history and everything. She's really good, thorough, knowledgeable, great attitude. So definitely would rate her the best. You know, I visit there for Dr. Nair. Thank you.

Dr Nair has been my Primary Physician for over 18 years. She is very kind, listens to her patients and provides a level of care most other physicians do not. She knows and understands my health history as well as communicates with my other doctors. Dr Nair is a blessing for the healthcare profession.

I understand this survey is aimed at the doctors visits, which have always been phenomenal, but I must add how wonderful the office staff is. I needed a rush visit asap for a hospital clearance and the office person made it happen.

The front office never picks up phone for getting appointments or even prescription questions. Very bad attitude. Past 3 days trying to reach them , only going to the answering service - no matter what time of their work hours I call. Pharmacy needed a change in prescription because of insurance rejection and they never got a response from the doctor's office. Extremely disappointed. Moving to another doctor.

Dr. Nair is always great. She's a credit to doctorhood, you might say. And the girls in the office were good too. They were very stressed because all the computers had gone down. They had a problem across the country. Anyway, they did a great job and I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

Dr Swapna Nair is the best provider I see for my medical concerns! I have recommended her to multiple family members and friends as she is extremely knowledgeable caring and explains everything while you're in the office. You never feel rushed and her directions are always clear. I wish all my physicians were like her!

Dr Nair is always very professional, compassionate, and empathetic to any and all of my concerns. You are lucky to have Dr. Nair! She is the best. Extremely knowledgeable & great at correctly diagnosing your issue & then providing the right medications & treatment. She listens carefully and has great empathy. I could not recommend her more highly & I have to family & friends.
