Dr. Zsikla has a wealth of knowledge. She is very attentive and responds on target. She follows through on arranging for other medical actions/services that we discussed.
The receptionist/scheduler (who does much more that that) was very courteous and thorough.
The medical assistant completed her tasks and also fulfilled my requests, such as printing out an MRI report for me.

Dr.Suzanne Zsikla was welcoming, warm &
knowledgeable and had obviously researched my medical background.
I moved to Nevada 2 years ago and I finally found a caring,intelligent Primary Care physician. I can relax knowing I am in good hands. I am beyond happy!

This was my wife and myself first visit with Dr. Zsikla. She was professional and thorural. Enjoyed our visit and will see her again in January. We previously had Dr. Lemos as our doctor, he left Renown in June of this tear.

We would like to keep our primary care doctor, Dr. Zsikla. That's the most important thing to us. So we have followed her from her last place to here and if she goes somewhere else, we'll probably go with her. Alrighty.

The infusion center is so clean and the nurses and Gladys's always asks if I need anything.
Allie was charge nurse and also so helpful. My nurse, Pam was excellent

I was very impressed with Dr. Zsikla. She listened attentively. She knew my medical history, even though I'm not her patient, and she was seeing me because I couldn't get in to see my primary care physician. And she was extremely helpful, and she recommended a few things that I know are going to be helpful, and I was just very, very pleased. Thank you very much.

I LOVE my Primary Physician, Suzanne Zsikla!! I have been seeing her for years and when I have an appointment it is like going to visit an old friend. She knows everything about me and we revisit all tests both prior and present as well as other Providers I see.

I had blood drawn today and I have the hardest time with needles. I didn’t have one moment of jerking pain. He was the most skilled individual I have ever had. I would pay extra so he would be the person to care for me next time. The dr I saw who gave the orders was professional yet compassionate. She didn’t judge me for any of my short comings. I felt comfortable being honest and seeking to heal as a human. I’m comfortable she is invested in my health and cares about me genuinely.

Zsikla and her staff in my opinion give great medical care. With the session shortened from 40 min. to 20 min...my office visits are now very focused. Keep her on board. Those that I have referred to her have commented on how good and caring she is. There you go. Cheers

Dr Zsikla was surprisingly aware of my personal medical history. I was impressed and felt heard during the appointment. She was able to attune to and appreciate the complexity of my medical history. I feel confident Dr Zsikla will help me through my medical challenges.

The check-in was efficient. The assistant who took all the initial information did an excellent job. She was great. And Dr. Susanne was great. She was thorough. She listened well. She asked questions that were meaningful and she gave a good summation of, you know, best how to take care of yourself, your health, and what is important, and what we need to do in future appointments coming up. Excellent on her part. Excellent doctor.

My experience was outstanding, as usual. However, I was disappointed to learn that the Geriatric service which was provided at Del Monte had been discontinued. I switched from Del Monte to South Meadows because I didn't want to lose Suzanne Zsikla as my primary physician...she is a wonderful provider.

My husband and I have been seeing this provider for a long time and she has always listened, suggested, and is concerned about our conditions, including pro options to keep us as well as can be.
She is an asset to Renown and to seniors in general. Half the battle of getting older is finding and connecting with a physician you can relate to and TRUST.. She is that and we are blessed that she is a Renown Doctor that Really does care about her patients.

Did not act rushed. She took all of the Time
necessary to cover my multiple health issues.
She understood my Nutritional questions.
( first time with any Western Medical Md)
Her personality is warm, funny,kind and good at Listening.
