I have had seen PA Sorin for 5 visits since my surgery in 2021. She has been professional, knowledgeable and personable in each follow up visit. She is an excellent care provider!

Everything was done beautifully. I don't feel pain. It went smoothly. The only thing that I wish either the doctor or the nurse actually went over verbally exactly, I know it's all written down, but exactly how long the surgery was, what took place, how they thought it went. A little bit of feedback like that would have been nice. But the fact that I'm okay and everything is good, it was very perfect. I'm not complaining at all. They were very kind, welcoming, comforting, and I would definitely recommend them. Okay, bye.

I was super annoyed at the wait time. I was there for a bladder test. Everyone knew I was there for a bladder test. I was not seen until about 9.40 when my appointment was at 9 o'clock. I had an urgency to go to do the bladder test. I told the woman behind the counter that I needed to do that and it was time to do the test. Six minutes later, they finally came out to do the test. is unrealistic expectation for someone that just had prostate removed. They'll make them wait six minutes when they just had them drink 50 fluid ounces of liquid for a bladder test. I can't tell you how annoyed I am at that experience. But Dr. Soren is great, but the wait time in that office and the stuff that they put me through on my last appointment has me super annoyed.

Suzannah B Sorin was very professional and helpful. I think I pressed the wrong key on one of the answers. But there was a 45-minute wait, and no one spoke to me about why there was a delay, although they did apologize repeatedly once I went to the office and told them I was waiting so long. Otherwise, my experience was very good.
