Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I just absolutely loved Dr Koch, my first visit with her. I am 68 and I feel like she is the best gyn I have ever had. Her med assistant was so sweet and know and concerned, too.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt everything went very smoothly

Dr. Koch took the time to go over test results, & explain any issues or concerns I was having regarding prescriptions. I felt she was very compassionate about her patients.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Koch was amazing! She answered any and all my questions, took her time, and made me feel 💯 comfortable from the moment she walked in. This was my first visit with her and I couldn’t be happier! Wish she was around when I was having my babies! The nurse that saw me before her was just as amazing and friendly!

Dr Koch was so wonderful. She explained everything very well, and also fielded my additional questions with patience and friendliness. I felt like she cared about me. Excellent!

Dr. Koch’s MA ‘s are always nice and have a warm personality.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Although I never feel rushed and Dr. Koch does a thorough exam, The amount of time spent could be a tad longer.

Everyone was wonderful! I am thrilled with Dr Kock and hope to get my daughters into see her as well. The person who performed my blood draw was excellent. I get light headed with needles. I felt fine afterwards with her. Wonderful practice!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I haven't had to wait long. Always friendly. Even the front desk workers are happy. No complaints.

Everything was great. I was promptly seen. The MD was personable,, made me feel at ease, was efficient and explained my condition, gave me instructions for what comes next. Everything was great. Thank you.

Dr. Koch was so warm, thorough, and a great listener. I really appreciate how she explained my care and walked me through the next steps. She is a fantastic physician and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I can’t recommend her more highly!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Koch is an extraordinary physician who comes prepared knowing all of my medical history without consulting her notes in the exam room. She gives me time to discuss concerns and explains potential next steps all while allowing me autonomy over my care decisions. I feel confident in her approach and I feel heard. I appreciate this type of care because it is so rare in my experience as a woman—even with women health professionals.

Dr. Koch was so kind to listen to my concerns about my prolapsed bladder. She gave me info that I never heard before. I left her office feeling much better about my health.

Doctor Koch is the BEST physician I have EVER had in my life. (I am an older person and I have had many doctors in my life) She goes above and beyond to listen, explain, provide support and feedback, shares her expertise, and demonstrates she genuinely cares. She is everything one would want in a physician.

Staff and medical providers were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. NOTHING to improve. I had a very positive experience.

Dr. Koch Is excellent and makes you feel very comfortable even during a female exam. She discussed a couple of options for me and listened very well to my questions on side effects and gave me a couple of different options to consider. I would give her an A+.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The wait time is almost zero minutes. I arrived and was checked in right away. Shortly, my name was called and less that 3 mins, Dr. Koch came to the examination room. We had a great conversation about some issues and she gave me updated medical studies of products available for my use if I wanted it. She is very friendly and personable.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
There is not much improvement needed. The office is well-manned and everyone is knowledgeable in their area. I would tip if it was allowed. This is an excellent facility!

Dr. Koch is truly the best OB/Gyn I’ve ever had. Having moved around a lot, I’ve had quite a few. I’ve been in O’Fallon for six years now, and I was so grateful to find her. Her and the whole team are very respectful, personable, and kind. Dr. Koch is patient, explains what she’s going to do before she does it, and knows how to make people feel comfortable. She is the perfect doctor. I’ve recommended her to anyone looking for an OB/Gyn.

Dr. Koch is excellent, I could not recommend her more to anyone. She has been my doctor for a few years, I have gone to her for two serious procedures and she makes you feel calm and in control the entire time. She is charasmatic, informative, fast and efficient. Everything you could want in a gynecologist.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Koch is such a compassionate doctor. I'm so glad there are doctors like her who actually care about patients, especially in women's health. She is really gentle. She has been an advocate for me in being able to get quick help with other specialties.
