Dr. Koch has a wonderful bedside manner. I always feel like I can ask questions or share concerns. She explains things well and is thoughtful in her communication.

Dr Koch is absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and explained my situation to me very well and didn’t make me feel stupid or leave me confused like a lot of other doctors do. I love love love having her as my women’s care doctor!!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful! I was super impressed with everything about this visit! Dr. Koch was knowledgeable and listened well as well as helpful. All of the office staff were really helpful as well.

Everyone I saw did an excellent job. I felt seen, heard, and cared for, all while giving me helpful information. Getting into BJC Care meant more to me than anyone will ever truly know.

The staff and Dr. Koch were a pleasure to be around. For an office with women being treated in various stages of life, they took me seriously as a patient and it was a great appointment.

Dr. Koch made sure to ask me how my mother was doing since she had been put on hospice the day before my surgery. She then asked about my husband who had recently started dialysis and she knew we had some issues with it. Next, she asked about our house which was a situation I had shared with her previously. Dr. Koch is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

The staff was courteous, kind, friendly, and funny! They made my visit experience a very pleasant one. Also, Dr. Koch was outstanding! She explained my situation clearly and thoroughly, she answered all of my questions, she did not rush me, and she put me at ease.

Dr. Koch and her assistant were absolutely amazing! I came in and I was very nervous, and these ladies made me comfortable and took everything at a pace I was comfortable with. they frequently checked in to see if I was doing okay and even held my had through it all. After they let me take the time I needed and the experience was really great!

The nurse and Dr Koch were very personable and respectful. They were friendly and not like others who seem to just be waiting for the time when they end their day. The time of waiting to the actual procedure is actually the best I've had for quite a while. The service, communication, and procedure done by Dr Koch was excellent that I immediately recommended her to a friend. I am very pleased.
