What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Koch was the most gentle gynecologist I have ever been to. I didn't feel any discomfort from what has always been an uncomfortable experience in the past. She listens carefully to input and offers a number of options to address issues. I can not rate her highly enough!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
A few times I wish the provider would’ve taken more time to listen to me, considering the reason for the appt. A couple times I felt dismissed by the dr., especially when I was going to show pictures (to further explain) and the dr. declined to even look. Didn’t care? Didn’t have time? I’m not sure. Bit more time and a little more concern could’ve helped the situation. A couple options were provided.

The staff is always friendly. Dr. Koch is very understanding and takes pride in helping patients. I never feel rushed in my visits. Dr. Koch helped me take control of my health and wellbeing.

my appointment was at 1pm. I arrived at 1pm. I did not see the doctor/provider until 3pm. This office is consistently behind on their appointments and it is unacceptable to see a doctor 2 hours after your appointed time.

The staff was great. I didn’t have to wait very long before they took my back to the room. The doctor explained what the procedure was and why I needed it done She was very informative and answered all my questions.
I love it when I know what to expect that visit and for future visits as well.
I will definitely recommend Dr Koch !!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and personality of Dr. Koch. I have already recommended her to my granddaughter. Both she and myself have recommended her to other family members.
I feel fortunate to have found such an outstanding person and ob-gyn.

I have an incredibly caring team with all my BJC doctors and their staff.. You're treated with upmost respect, kindness, caring, followup, and dignity! Its like you're their only patient. You'll feel like family! I'm so blessed being their patient! Thank you all! God Bless!

Dr. Koch is extremely kind and easy to understand and talk to. She is gentle and her advice is very easy to understand. I have recommended her to several women that I know. Her office is a very pleasant place to visit.

This was my initial visit. The care that I received and interaction that I had with all the staff there was great. My interaction with the doctor has been limited due to the fact that this was my first visit, but I was very impressed with how she listened to me and the answers that I received while I was there.

My Dr was amazing, very professional, listened to my concerns, followed thru with everything we spoke about. Told me if I needed anything at all, call and she would help!! I could not of asked for anything more!!!!

Staff are amazing. They are friendly, kind and always cheerful upon arrival and departure. Excellent communication skills and highly organized and efficient office.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, my visit was wonderful and the staff is amazing. That’s why I love this office not just because of Dr Koch but her amazing office staff.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
From the receptionist to the doctor and all the staff in between, all were AMAZING! I was amazed how sweet and caring all of them were. So so so nice to go to an appointment that isn't your favorite and they all made me feel comfortable. Dr Koch's bedside manner is amazing. I love having her as my gyn doctor. So blessed that she was recommended to me and I would recommend her to every female I know.
