Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
My Dr was amazing, very professional, listened to my concerns, followed thru with everything we spoke about. Told me if I needed anything at all, call and she would help!! I could not of asked for anything more!!!!

Staff are amazing. They are friendly, kind and always cheerful upon arrival and departure. Excellent communication skills and highly organized and efficient office.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, my visit was wonderful and the staff is amazing. That’s why I love this office not just because of Dr Koch but her amazing office staff.

Immediate response and alternate plan due to Dr Steiner need to be in a C section.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
From the receptionist to the doctor and all the staff in between, all were AMAZING! I was amazed how sweet and caring all of them were. So so so nice to go to an appointment that isn't your favorite and they all made me feel comfortable. Dr Koch's bedside manner is amazing. I love having her as my gyn doctor. So blessed that she was recommended to me and I would recommend her to every female I know.

Dr Koch took her time explaining everything regarding my health. This was my first visit with her and I was extremely happy I chose her as my new gynecologist.

Dr Koch is the best GYN I’ve seen. She listens and informs and response accordingly. I feel seen and heard and appreciate her unequalled professionalism and compassion.

I just absolutely loved Dr Koch, my first visit with her. I am 68 and I feel like she is the best gyn I have ever had. Her med assistant was so sweet and know and concerned, too.

Dr. Koch took the time to go over test results, & explain any issues or concerns I was having regarding prescriptions. I felt she was very compassionate about her patients.

Dr. Koch was amazing! She answered any and all my questions, took her time, and made me feel 💯 comfortable from the moment she walked in. This was my first visit with her and I couldn’t be happier! Wish she was around when I was having my babies! The nurse that saw me before her was just as amazing and friendly!

Dr Koch was so wonderful. She explained everything very well, and also fielded my additional questions with patience and friendliness. I felt like she cared about me. Excellent!

Dr. Koch’s MA ‘s are always nice and have a warm personality.

Although I never feel rushed and Dr. Koch does a thorough exam, The amount of time spent could be a tad longer.

This was my first visit with Dr. Koch. She was very professional, listened to my concerns , very informative to care I needed. I felt very comfortable with her.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was wonderful! I am thrilled with Dr Kock and hope to get my daughters into see her as well. The person who performed my blood draw was excellent. I get light headed with needles. I felt fine afterwards with her. Wonderful practice!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. I haven't had to wait long. Always friendly. Even the front desk workers are happy. No complaints.

Dr. Koch was so warm, thorough, and a great listener. I really appreciate how she explained my care and walked me through the next steps. She is a fantastic physician and made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I can’t recommend her more highly!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Koch is an extraordinary physician who comes prepared knowing all of my medical history without consulting her notes in the exam room. She gives me time to discuss concerns and explains potential next steps all while allowing me autonomy over my care decisions. I feel confident in her approach and I feel heard. I appreciate this type of care because it is so rare in my experience as a woman—even with women health professionals.

Dr. Koch was so kind to listen to my concerns about my prolapsed bladder. She gave me info that I never heard before. I left her office feeling much better about my health.

Doctor Koch is the BEST physician I have EVER had in my life. (I am an older person and I have had many doctors in my life) She goes above and beyond to listen, explain, provide support and feedback, shares her expertise, and demonstrates she genuinely cares. She is everything one would want in a physician.

Staff and medical providers were all friendly, welcoming, and professional. NOTHING to improve. I had a very positive experience.
