I was very impressed with the professionalism and personality of Dr. Koch. I have already recommended her to my granddaughter. Both she and myself have recommended her to other family members.
I feel fortunate to have found such an outstanding person and ob-gyn.

I have an incredibly caring team with all my BJC doctors and their staff.. You're treated with upmost respect, kindness, caring, followup, and dignity! Its like you're their only patient. You'll feel like family! I'm so blessed being their patient! Thank you all! God Bless!

Dr. Koch and her staff were very efficient. I was in and out in no time. Very much appreciated and the experience was wonderful. This is my second year going and I will be back next year. Thank you.

Dr. Koch is so knowledgeable and kind. The entire staff feels like family.

Dr. Koch is extremely kind and easy to understand and talk to. She is gentle and her advice is very easy to understand. I have recommended her to several women that I know. Her office is a very pleasant place to visit.

This was my initial visit. The care that I received and interaction that I had with all the staff there was great. My interaction with the doctor has been limited due to the fact that this was my first visit, but I was very impressed with how she listened to me and the answers that I received while I was there.

My Dr was amazing, very professional, listened to my concerns, followed thru with everything we spoke about. Told me if I needed anything at all, call and she would help!! I could not of asked for anything more!!!!

Staff are amazing. They are friendly, kind and always cheerful upon arrival and departure. Excellent communication skills and highly organized and efficient office.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, my visit was wonderful and the staff is amazing. That’s why I love this office not just because of Dr Koch but her amazing office staff.

From the receptionist to the doctor and all the staff in between, all were AMAZING! I was amazed how sweet and caring all of them were. So so so nice to go to an appointment that isn't your favorite and they all made me feel comfortable. Dr Koch's bedside manner is amazing. I love having her as my gyn doctor. So blessed that she was recommended to me and I would recommend her to every female I know.

Dr Koch is the best GYN I’ve seen. She listens and informs and response accordingly. I feel seen and heard and appreciate her unequalled professionalism and compassion.

I just absolutely loved Dr Koch, my first visit with her. I am 68 and I feel like she is the best gyn I have ever had. Her med assistant was so sweet and know and concerned, too.

Dr. Koch took the time to go over test results, & explain any issues or concerns I was having regarding prescriptions. I felt she was very compassionate about her patients.

Dr. Koch was amazing! She answered any and all my questions, took her time, and made me feel 💯 comfortable from the moment she walked in. This was my first visit with her and I couldn’t be happier! Wish she was around when I was having my babies! The nurse that saw me before her was just as amazing and friendly!

Although I never feel rushed and Dr. Koch does a thorough exam, The amount of time spent could be a tad longer.

Everyone was wonderful! I am thrilled with Dr Kock and hope to get my daughters into see her as well. The person who performed my blood draw was excellent. I get light headed with needles. I felt fine afterwards with her. Wonderful practice!

Nothing. I haven't had to wait long. Always friendly. Even the front desk workers are happy. No complaints.
