Well actually this is my first time talking to this lady but I can't really complain she had things done I was able to get my medication immediately after I spoke with her so yeah she did pretty good

Two things are worth mentioning :1- they don't have the skills to understand other people's English conversations or are not patient enough.2- They are slow to answer questions from the pharmacy in cases of ambiguity.
