It's a shame that you see a physician in Washington Township who has to refer you up to Willingborough where you have to go in person, even if it's only once a year to get weight loss medication. That's a struggle. I mean, that's a far distance to go just for virtual to-do billing.

Never did she talk about my weight nor BMI. She said I have to exercise, but didn't have an exercise plan to give. Suggested meds but then told me to Google more info about it. Said she wasn't a nutritionist, so not sure why the desk scheduled me with her. She barely made eye contact, didn't ask anything about me except what meds I take. I felt dismissed, unheard and small. AND THE WORST..... HALF OF HER CLINICAL NOTES ARE LIES. SHE NEVER ASKED ME ABOUT MOST OF THR THINGS SHE SAID SHE DID, NOR DISCUSS A LOT OF WHAT SHE SAID THERE! PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR DETAILS.

Doctor was very nice, warm, and friendly, went over my plan of care, was very respectful of my wishes as well. She was great. Staff is also amazing.

First time seeing this doctor. She was kind, courteous, respectful, had reviewed my medical history, We discussed and agreed on a plan. I was extremely pleased with her and the entire staff. Feels like being welcomed into a family!!!

Dr Mcandrews takes her time to listen to my questions and concerns each time we see each other. She has taught her staff as well, because from the moment i am called back from the waiting area, til the moment I make my follow up appointment- the entire staff is professional, kind and understanding.

Not only did I fell very comfortable as a new patient, the staff was courteous and efficiently moved me along in a timely fashion. When messaging the staff after my visit I received immediate responses every time.

The program requires a visit with the Doctor but then a second visit with an NP at a different location to get the medication the doctor prescribed. It is very inconvenient to have to have 2 appointments for the same thing. They also are only open till 3.30 so I have to take off of work twice for the same visit. And be charged twice.

Excellent staff and providers. Very efficient however felt disappointed and almost a misuse of time as I now have to make another appointment for a different provider in Willingboro to receive my meds. Made the appointment feel invalid and now I have to pay a copay twice.

I love this service from Virtua. I have friends and colleagues also on GLP1s and weight loss medication - and they are jealous that Virtua provides such a great collaboration between the doctors and the nutritionists. Thank you Virtua for making my weight loss and health journey so easy.

I lost half of the weight that I need to. I asked for a bone and muscle check on the special scale and I was denied. I was told that would be done in 6 months, the next visit. It is important to me to lose only fat. I would like to know if I am achieving that goal.

My experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was kind, caring, and professional. Office was easy to find and very nice appearing. Everyone was helpful and took the time to understand my concerns, needs, and wants. I was provided with the best options tailored to my individual needs.

Weight loss medications isn't the only way to lose weight. Lead with that.... Although I was offered a nutritionist and behavioral health assistance, it seems like this was an afterthought. Weight loss medications is a good start but doesn't help long term. Knowing why you eat, and what to eat also helps. Just my thoughts

It took me almost a year to learn that Virtua has a Weight Managament specialty. Susan McAndrew is awesome...professional, knowledgeable, amiable, helpful, compassionate, and no-nonsense. She was worth the wait.
