An overall great experience. Susan is a very caring person/health provider. I get nervous going to any type of clinic...Susan and her nurse were especially kind to me.

She was 100% focused and attentive on my health care and concerns. She is very easy to talk to and quickly puts you at ease. She is razor sharp with the details and follow up. Very professional.

Susan Paytash has been my provider for several years. Although im an infrequent patient, she always remembers me and treats me very well!

I myself am a primary care provider and I was stunned by dismissive approach to my concerns. The coding of the visit was inaccurate, despite my explanation of symptoms. I expect to have issues with further care based on the inaccuracy of diagnosis.

Susan is cheerful and patient. She takes all of the time needed to help her patients, and make us feel comfortable. She's respectful and kind, which is important when dealing with a doctor. It's already hard enough having to be there.

When was going thru a very rough time in life and was kicked out of practices she stuck with me and helped me through a period in life that i did not think I was going to make it through. I have followed Paytash from urgent care to urgent care even though I have to drive across town to see her.

Susan treated my mother before she died at age 99. She was so kind, she always treated my mom like a reasonable person and listened to her concerns with patience. When my long time doctor Lisa Kern retired I knew I’d be in good hands with Susan.
