While the office experience in Jackson was not ideal, I was not there for that—I was there for Dr. Pacana who I would highly recommend. I think the office experience could turn some people off from seeing her, which is a shame. Hopefully they can make things more efficient on the front end for an improved and private and care centric patient experience.

I was reminded about my appointment multiple times which was fine and was prompted to complete paperwork online prior to my visit to the office. It was a very frustrating that upon my arrival staff were unable to access the updated information I had provided in the lengthy pre-appointment Online process. The rest of the visit went very well and I was very satisfied.

Dr. Pacana is a terrific, skilled doctor, with an understanding personality and engaging insight. She diagnosed me quickly and accurately three years ago, leading to a hysterectomy with a gynecologic oncologist who praised her skills and ability to have me treated quickly.

This was my 1st appointment with Dr. Pacana. She was easy to talk with. Both her receptionist and nurse were excellent. I liked the office, small and quiet. I didn't feel like I was in grand central station.

I would have left some more information regarding the upsides and the downsides of medication or infusions that she was describing would be good treatments for me. I know that she was giving me, prescribing different ideas for me, and then she kind of left it me to pick which treatment I wanted. And then she kind of, then she referred me to other specialists. So I just felt like there was no information that she was able to provide. And so it left me a little bit lost. Thank you.

I cannot thank Dr. Pacana enough for the incredible care I received. From the very beginning, Dr. Pacana showed not only exceptional skill and knowledge but also genuine compassion and kindness. Undergoing major surgery is never easy, but I felt completely supported every step of the way.

Dr. Pacana was great. She took her time and explained to me all the things that I had questions about and kind of plans that we can do, step one, step two, and step three, if those steps don't work. I didn't wait in the office long and everyone was very nice.
