Susan Barratt is such an excellent NP. She took 30 minutes, she listened without judgement. She ordered tests and quickly responded with results. Her bedside manner is excellent.

Susan B. Is the utmost wonderful care provider I have ever had. She truly loves her work and her patients. I will miss her and Barbara terribly. Truly thankful to them both for all the care they have provided me.

Susan Barratt was professional, resourceful, engaging, thoughtful, asked appropriate questions and listened to my responses. I did not feel rushed. She was thorough and asked about what I needed. I'm excited to have found such a personable provider that reviewed my extensive medical background before the visit. Susan was prepared for the visit- most often I find that not to be the case. I am a new patient to her and look forward to future visits. Susan is an asset to her profession and to JHCP.

She has been a great provider throughout the time we've worked together. Truly grateful I happened onto her schedule as I respect and value her warmth, clinical knowledge, and experience. I really appreciate the level of respect I have been treated with in regard to my health and wellbeing. Please consider giving her some extra admin time one day next week to show some appreciation for her dedicated service to the community.

She is one of the better providers that we've had in recent years. I would recommend her to everyone. She does a great job listening and gives a good results that a patient needs.

I requested an appointment since I suspected I had the flu. I waited 2 days from my initial request made on My Chart. However I was pleased with care I received. My provider was fully engaged with my case and took care of me.

This was a pre-op visit so I had to select a provider that was not my usual primary care provider. However, if I ever have to change, I would definitely consider making Susan my primary care provider. She seemed very knowledgeable and had a great personality and bedside manner.
