She was incredible! I understand why it is so hard to get an appointment with her because everyone wants to have her as their provider. I’m glad I waited months to get in with her because she was very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable.

She is the best thing in OBGYN care I have experienced in Columbia County. I think its very unfortunate for all of us that she has grown out of her office space and has to move to East Greenbush. We should do what we can to keep her here. Woman need decent OBGYN care here in Columbia County, and keeping her and her team here should be a priority.

Every person I came into contact with was kind, addressed each of my concerns and made me feel safe. They explained each step of the process, and were very thorough. Dr. Koller had a student with her, and they made sure I was comfortable with having her in the room, and performing the examination. Nurse Dana, Dr. Koller, & her student, Taylor, were all wonderful; personable and provided excellent care.

Susan Koller is terrific. I requested an emergency visit as I was leaving town to visit my family and had some uncomfortable symptoms. The office was amazing and got me right in. The empathy and compassion that Susan KOLLER and her team provides is unmatched. I am very happy with the care she provides.

Susan is an amazing Dr and I am so glad I was introduced to her by a family member. The office is very clean and everyone is very nice. Susan is very through and takes the time for you and answer's all of your questions. Gives great suggestions and understands you. Lets just say I love her as my Gyno !

I drive 1 hour just to come she Susan Koller, she is the best physician I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, sensitive to my issues, and listens very well. I feel heard and seen when I have a visit with her. I wish she was my PCP too!

I am very happy with the care I receive with Sue and her team. I have recommended the practice to friends and family. Sue has a level of patient care that is special and rare in these times. She takes her time and listens yet also has fresh up to date recommendations that are appreciated by the patient. I love Sue!!

Susan is one of the best practitioners I have ever had over the course of my adult life. She is so warm and genuine, knowledgeable and skilled. I always leave my visits with her feeling care about and cared for. Trinity is fortunate to have her, as are her patients.

She treats you like a person and not like a paycheck. She goes in detail and explains to you how to heal your body with natural remedies and not just prescribes medication. Since I’ve been going to her I’ve seen so much improvement in my female health lol. I will never see another provider she’s the best! She’s never judgmental. She’s always happy to see me and she remembers things about my life I’ve told her years ago. She’s personable and friendly.

These days it is difficult to find a doctor who truly cares about their clients. Most treat their patients like data points instead of people. Dr Susan Koller is an outstanding doctor who clearly cares deeply about her clients and her work as a healthcare provider.

Susan Koller did an excellent job of answering all of my questions and advising me regarding not only the medical concerns I was there for, but also additional concerns I didn't even realize I had. She was also deeply kind and empathetic, and took the time to get to know me and my medical story, which I deeply appreciated.

It’s been at least 50 years since I’ve had a Doctor Who made me feel like I was an interesting and valuable person to be dealing with and I am serious 50 years. She is just the best doctor. The office is fabulous and I think that these surveys should be done over the phone because I hate getting them in the mail but only for Doctor Kohler and her Office would I do this.
