She’s always been very kind and never judgmental when I see her, which has been my experience with doctors visits in the past. I actually look forward to seeing her. A gynecology appointment always is a bit awkward but I never ever have felt that way with Dr Susan.

Sue is the best. As for St. Peter's, when a person does an E-Check-in, they should not have to sign anything when they arrive. In fact, no one should ever be required to sign something they cannot see in front of them.

I've never once felt rushed when I'm in an appointment with Sue. She had always taken the time to listen to my concerns, dog deeper and offers explanations that I'm able to understand! She is the BEST!!!

She was incredible! I understand why it is so hard to get an appointment with her because everyone wants to have her as their provider. I’m glad I waited months to get in with her because she was very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable.

She is the best thing in OBGYN care I have experienced in Columbia County. I think its very unfortunate for all of us that she has grown out of her office space and has to move to East Greenbush. We should do what we can to keep her here. Woman need decent OBGYN care here in Columbia County, and keeping her and her team here should be a priority.

Every person I came into contact with was kind, addressed each of my concerns and made me feel safe. They explained each step of the process, and were very thorough. Dr. Koller had a student with her, and they made sure I was comfortable with having her in the room, and performing the examination. Nurse Dana, Dr. Koller, & her student, Taylor, were all wonderful; personable and provided excellent care.

Susan Koller is terrific. I requested an emergency visit as I was leaving town to visit my family and had some uncomfortable symptoms. The office was amazing and got me right in. The empathy and compassion that Susan KOLLER and her team provides is unmatched. I am very happy with the care she provides.

Susan is an amazing Dr and I am so glad I was introduced to her by a family member. The office is very clean and everyone is very nice. Susan is very through and takes the time for you and answer's all of your questions. Gives great suggestions and understands you. Lets just say I love her as my Gyno !
