Dr. Park always enters the exam room with an understanding of why you are there. The MA's do an excellent job checking you in. Dr. Park asks questions, listens intently and offers her thoughts and recommendations. I always leave understanding what the plan moving forward is. She is easily reached and responds quickly through MyChart. I have frequently referred friends to her and they always comment positively on their experience.

Dr. Susan Park is an exceptional physician in every manner possible. She's super intelligent, attentive, highly informed, a great listener, competent, thorough, compassionate and all around wonderful. I am SO impressed with Dr. Park that I'm hoping to transition my entire family to her practice!!

The MA was very thorough with preparing me to be seen by Dr Park. She was also very helpful with providing me with information and direction for assistance on a question I had which was outside the reason for my appointment.

Dr Susan Park is one of the most outstanding, knowledgeable, compassionate, kindest & caring Physician we ever had. It has always been a wonderful & pleasant experience from the time we meet till the time we leave. She is extremely patient & gracious & never in a rush although we are aware that she has a very busy schedule. We're very grateful & blessed to have her as our family Physician and can't thank her enough. We wish to commend her wonderful and outstanding nurse & assistant as well.

Dr. Park is thorough and a great diagnostician. I feel she is looking out for my wellbeing and will follow up on any test that shows elevated levels or something abnormal. She also listens carefully and asks follow up questions. She is one of the best primary doctors I have ever had!

Yes, Dr Park always listens to me. She is very smart regarding medical problems & treatments. She actually saved my life twice by discovering a [ ] which I had to be hospitalized for during 2 separate appointments with her. Dr Park ( my opinion) knows more then Specialists I've seen in Reno & she's a heck of a lot more concerned about her patients. The other Drs I see always seem to not listen, talk over you & give you the bum's rush. But they expect you to come back to them!!! I will never change Drs. because Dr Susan Park is the Best! A 5 star Doctor! I hope you do recognize Dr Park for excellence because she genuinely deserves it for being an outstanding excellent Doctor. Thank you.
