Susan and her staff were very kind and welcoming. She answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel heard. She went above and beyond in her explanations and answers. She also did a great job in helping me to understand future steps needed to be taken and laid out a plan for me.

She followed protocol (as far as I am aware), she told what she was doing during each touch/look. She has a friendly caring approach to put you at ease and approach to solving my problem/condition.

I recently moved to Madison so I needed to find a new provider. I came from the same provider for 8 years so I was worried I wouldn’t find the connection right away but I was wrong. She was great! She was so nice and go kind. I felt very heard and look forward to being cared for by her and her team.

She was so friendly and kind, and didn't make me feel shy or embarrassed to talk about my health. Very sympathetic and seemed committed to helping me if I had further issues.

Susan is the first person that I felt comfortable with being roughly in the same age group discussing the matter, she is thinking not only medication but includes other tools to possibly help the female labido. I love people who think outside the box. I look at her as someone I can trust like a friend!
