I imagine your job is not easy especially when patients are non-compliant or a disease progresses even with the best compliance. Be encouraged, and keep doing this highly specialized and much needed work in St. Louis.

She was phenomenal. She took all the time she needed with me and I needed an answer. Every question very thoroughly. She was just what I needed and there was no embarrassment and no shame and any questions I asked, and and she was very thorough and understanding and very specific.
