She provided comprehensive instructions; and there were many things to cover. I didn't feel rushed, felt comfortable and was put at ease (I was a little anxious about this visit).

She expressed that she was very glad to see me. Many times providers ask how you are and struggle to hear the answer. Her comment caught me off guard in a good way.
