Susan is always very thorough. She takes time for you personally and doesn’t rush through your visit. She’s personable too… It’s nice that she remembers certain things about previous conversations.

Susan was very welcoming right from the start. She asked a lot of questions, both health related and personal, since I am a new patient. She reviewed my medical history thoroughly, and took plenty of time to discuss everything I needed. She truly engaged with me as a patient.

She was very thorough. She was very interested in finding out everything with my symptoms in order to give me the best diagnosis. She gave me all the information I needed to under my dish. Said she would check back with me in a couple of days. Told me what what do if I don’t get better. I really liked all that.
