The notification system seems not to be working. I did a pre check in my chart, confirmed Yes to the visit via SMS/Text messages, but still received numerous phone calls asking to confirm. The use of automation to confirm is supposed to ease the process, not burden it. Having to confirm the appointment four different times is very unwelcoming and a waste of my time. The old method of receiving a phone call from the doctor's office and confirming once worked so efficiently. The process now is laughable.

My experience, that being only once a year, is always very positive. This year, the girl was exceptionally helpful with the MyChart help that I needed at the front desk for check-in. The nurse was thorough when she brought me back to the office, and Dr. Bagaria always seems to know my health. And I also have the same appointment with my husband. We're in the same room at the same time. He's always very respectful and a great listener.

Dr. Bagaria is a very caring doctor, I would not hesitate to recommend him to a friend. He listens carefully to my concerns, as a matter of fact, he recommended a doctor for Parkinsons, because he felt I had the disease, and he was right. Very good doctor.

Dr Bagaria keeps a very calm and upbeat attitude during the appointment. He listened and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The office staff and nursing staff are extremely friendly.

I really appreciate Dr. Bagaria's knowledge and wisdom. At the same time, I think it is important that just because a person is young, that doesn't inherently rule out a cardiac issue or any other issue. I felt a little dismissed because I'm not older or look like I have health issues. That's just one thing I wanted to note that young women should not be dismissed as having anxiety and that their concerns should be taken seriously.

Dr. Bagaria and his staff took such great care of my mom and that is why he and his staff were my first choice. Dr. Bagaria always listens to you and never rushes you. He is a caring individual and I am lucky to have him as my physician.

Yes, Dr. Bagaria I've had for four or five years. He's very good. They're the best cardiologists I've had. And I like how he listens. He remembers you. He really doesn't, I mean, he has a very friendly disposition. He tells you like how it is. And I don't know. I'll just keep him going until either I'm gone or he's gone.

My experience in this office was very positive. I was seen in a timely fashion. Everyone was very efficient and knew what to do. And the doctor was beyond what I expected. So all in all, it was a 10. Thank you.

The Berlin location entry is not setup to support people with wheelchairs. The front door does not have even a doorstop to prop open the door. There is an elevator but I have to try to keep the door open with a foot or my back and push my mother through the door. Getting my mother to the doctor is difficult enough. The building needs to be better equipped
