The room was hot. Other parts of the office were cooler. I had wanted a physical but was charged for a new patient visit and need to go back in a few months.

It is only the doctor that keeps me coming back here. This is a terrible looking practice. I invite anybody to go through those front doors, which are beat up and filthy, once inside it’s clean but small and old and sad. The staff always seems to be working at a break neck speed, the assistant took my blood pressure once and said she’d be back to do it again and never was. The doctor said she’d be right back and then she never came back. Somebody else came back, not that I needed her, but it adds to that sense that you might be in an emergency room lol
