Dr Sung and all his assistants are great for me, they all are very good listeners and appeared to sincerely interested in my well being.

Had to wait over a half hour of my appointment to be seen. Appointment was for 10am did not get called to see the doctor until 10:45.

I find myself having to ask questions like “do I need blood work, etc. he speaks a lot in doctor terms. Doesn’t explain in a way I would understand like when we’re discussing medication and test results.

I make sure to keep my insurance because Dr.Sung is in network, even if the insurance offers more benefits, I won’t switch if Dr.Sung is not in their network & Mercy Fitzgerald.

I think he should be more understanding doctor take more time to listen to his patients without becoming judgmental when they’re explaining their situations also took about six months to get an appointment. It’s just unacceptable

Dr. Sung spent a great deal of time reviewing my past medical history and referred me to appropriate specialists regarding present concerns. He also did a thorough review of my current medications and called in 2 scripts that my former PCP had ordered for me.I had been with my former PCP from Crozer for 35 years, and I was worried if I would be able to find another PCP. It was such a relief to meet Dr Sung.

I missed the appointment with my Doctor because of a time mix up, but the sign in person at the desk was able to help me see Dr. Sung instead, who was able to be of help to me. Thank you very much for not just dismissing my appointment and sending me home

Doesn’t really explain enough like for instant my test results I’m not a doctor. I do not know how to read the chart and there’s something I do not like I would prefer for him to give me a follow up message or phone call after my test are complete so we can go over them together

Having been diagnosed with prostate cancer, which Dr Sung correctly diagnosed during my yearly check up, having noticed a high PMSA level in a blood test, he has been encouraging, and patience. Even though he is not my oncologist I feel confident that I will beat this, thanks in part to Dr. Sung's honesty, and words of encouragement.
