he takes his time and he listen at you and he patient and if he can resolve the issue rather than he do if not he do what he can to help you and he take more than 15 minutes in the room with you

Dr. Sung was excellent, probably should have given him a 10 but my first visit. He is a great listener and appeared to genuinely care about me. And he is a very nice guy, gave me time to talk which I value.
