Dr. Summers and his staff ( Brittney & Nico ) were excellent. Answered all my questions in a timely fashion with informative concise answers and followed up to find out if I was taken care of. In todays society customer service has gone by the wayside, HSS, Dr. Summers and his staff scored extremely high in all aspects of my experience there. Recommend them highly.

I flew from Charleston SC to see Dr Summers. My Orthopedic Surgeon here Dr [last name] told me to go back to Belgium to have the plastic in my knee replaced. Dr Summers, did an aspiration and has scheduled me for MRI and then discuss way forward. Dr Summers med me feel there may be other options, he and his staff made me feel like Client/ Patient rather than an object on a conveyor belt. Thank you

Dr. Summers was wonderful. He took time to listen to me, reviewed the images with me, explaining what he saw and explained what he felt were the appropriate next steps. He was honest about the degree of after care for the surgery, and the extreme challenge of managing that care, as I live 4 hours away. He discussed my options, which included identifying a surgeon in my area qualified to do the procedure. Very professional and personable. I wish I lived closer, as I would have the utmost of confidence in Dr. Summers.

Dr. Summers is a friendly caring professional who speaks to you in language you can understand and takes time to explain everything even if you ask the same question a few times. He spends time with you and is not an alarmist but a realist. We are happy that we chose him.
