Dr. Singh and her staff are excellent. Dr. Singh dug into my problem, followed up and found an issue that has been very difficult to find. Thanks to her I am on my way to resolving a serious medical issue.

The staff is a kind and happy group. They are very understanding and show care about things that concern me. When I arrive for my appointment, it is less than five minutes before I am seen. The nurse takes my concerns and the doctor addresses the issues. The doctor comes in the room in less than 5 to 10 minutes.

The provider just talked for about 10 or so minutes. Because I have diverticulitis I had a little pain on my left side down of my stomach. She did not examine me at all to find out how bad the swelling was or the pain was. Dr [REDACTED] gave me a full examination before referring me to a gastroenterologist. This is the very first time I have a bad experience with any doctor. Past services had been extremely well.

Was rushed through the appointment. My first visit with this Dr. in and out in 10 minutes. This Dr was highly recommended but I was not impressed with my visit. They were more concerned with AI being used in the visit than actually listening to me and talking with me instead of at me. If this is what I can expect each visit. I will go elsewhere.

She was curt, somewhat dismissive and lacking in empathy. She told me not to "fixate" on my issue, which is difficult as it causes me daily discomfort and some pain. She gave me some pills and said to start with testing to determine what is causing my issue, but neglected to say it would take over 3 months for an appointment for the testing. I am looking for another doctor. My other Virtua doctors have been great.

The office failed to provided ASL interpreter and the desk nurse seems not to know how to handle with deaf etc. And tried to use VRI to schedule procedure (she seems to have no knowledge). The staff need training about deaf etc.

There who brought me in was very kind and caring. The Dr. was incredible I was so scared going for my visit. Immediately felt comfortable talking to her . She was very knowledgeable about what is going on. I feel very good putting my care in her hands.

The only thing was they didn't have my charity care up days, but everything is fine. The gastroenterologist was very professional and suggested more frequent texts because my father died of rectal and stomach cancer.

Amazing doctor who fought hard with my insurance to get me the medication I needed and amazing support staff who communicated often and early with me about getting appointments and care in a timely manner.
