Dr. Abed spends as much time with you as you need. She checks back on problems you had in the past and she is on time with appointments unless someone else has a serious problem. All staff there are friendly and cheerful. It's an atmosphere that doesn't make your blood pressure higher than usual when you are there.

I love Dr. Abed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and knows how to form a collaborative alliance with her patients, actively involving them in the decision-making process. Staff are courteous and efficient. Scheduling is easy.

Staff here is so very kind and friendly. Really makes the experience. Also the office runs very efficiently. I have had to wait a minimal amount of time to actually see my doctor and the staff checks in and keeps you in the loop. Always a pleasant experience here.

I m extremely please with my visit, the provider and staff have provided me great service as well as the facility is well maintained . The provider explained and educated me about my condition help me not only understand it but also made me feel feel she really care about about my health..... which I have lost that feeling with many other provider who only prescribe u a medication without taking the time to educate the patient about their condition . Very grateful for Dr Abed

Everything was simple from filling out online forms to check in to communication and being up to date on my appointment. I left feeling seen and heard and had things I can apply to be on top of my health! Very pleased with UAB Medicine and Hoover Family Medicine.
