The only problem I had was that I called a week prior and was answered by a recording and to leave my name and number and they would return my call needless to say I waited so Friday I called back and was given an appointment that morning.

Everybody is always so nice when I go in there. They smile, they greet you, they act like you're a person to them. And Michael is just the most nicest young man. He's very considerate, shakes your hands, and tells you exactly what he's going to do before he does it. And I appreciate that. Thank you.

First impression was pleasant and warm. The wait wasn’t irritating, they called me sooner than expected. But Dr. Sullivan was the MOST pleasant, humble, attentive, calming, soft spoken, gentle, caring, and most kind Dr. I’ve ever had the pleasure to share my pain experience to. He is an awesome listener. When I left his office I felt hopeful which is a feeling I haven’t felt in a Dr.’s office in 30 years. Thank you Dr. Sullivan for filling in when you did for me and helping me feel like I can finally get some relief from (8) years of pain on (10).
