I asked the customer service rep to take me off speaker phone due to the annoying echo . I am hard of hearing and have an issue with the echo speaker background. She refused to put me on a direct line . SHE SHOULD Be FIRED !!!

Doctor Bhular is an amazing doctor. Very professional and caring consistently demonstrated by the doctor at all times during my visit and diagnosis.

Everyone was kind and flexible. The nurse who took my history even offered to wear a mask when she saw mine.

Dr. Bhular offers the best care. In the past 8 years or so she has always listened to me and taken my concerns into consideration. She always remembers my medical history. And she always asks about my daughter's well being. Dr. Bhular is a caring doctor with lots of expertise. I highly recommend her.

Everyone treated me very well for what I felt was a medical emergency. They all went out of their way to get me in the day I called. They took their time to calm me down and fix the problem I was having. They are the best!

I very much appreciate Dr. Bhular and staff. However, a 30 minute wait for a 9am (first of the day) is ridiculous. I was preparing to leave at 9:49 when she walked in my appointment. I will still continue care with her but patient wait times need to be addressed.

It was a long wait to be seen. I hàd a 2/30appt. But was not seen until 3/45.

This was my first time in this office and meeting this doctor and no one could be nicer or more professional. I was greeted immediately on arrival. Take him back to a room, then had x-rays done and the doctor came in within 12 minutes of my arrival.

Dr. Sukhwinder Bhular is very dedicated to her patients. She makes you feel special and is very professional in approach to take care of your health issue. The entire staff is very friendly but professional in every way. My health issue was resolved and I am thankful to ALL!

Dr Bhular was great. She explained a lot of things. She didn't make it seem as if she was rushed, or that she had to hurry to get me out of there, and we discussed all l needed that day. She showefd me my xrays, did a hands-on with my feet which helped a lot in my understanding. I wish every dr was like her.

She takes the time to listen carefully, explain every detail in a way that's easy to understand, and ensures that all questions are answered without ever feeling rushed. What stands out the most is not only her surgical skill-which is outstanding-but also her genuine concern for her patients' well-being. She treats you like a person, not just a case, and goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

I am quite upset. I was there for my appointment on time. Someone came in after me. They took her before me. She was late for her appointment and I had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen because this person was late and they took them. I find it very upsetting, and I will not return to this office. I was told that's how it always is there. I said that is why people come late because you take them anyway if I came in late to another office, they would tell me I would have to reschedule. It's not fair. I had to wait 45 minutes and my husband is not well. He has dementia and Parkinson's and I had to sit in that office or room with him while they took this woman This is extremely not acceptable. Very rude doctor never apologized either.
