She has been my primary care physician since Dr Rey left the practice and I will not be changing as long as she is with Holy Cross.

Very professional but with a personal approach that makes a person feel comfortable. Pays attention to detail. Follows up on everything relevant. Always apleasure to see. I leave feeling as though all my primary care needs have been met.

This is the second time she was very late for a virtual appointment. I don't know if telemedicine is not given the same priority as in-person visits, but from here on, I will see Dr. Sukhoo in her office. If there is still a problem, I will try another practice.

The front desk people are amazing ladies as well as the doctor. However, I do not like having to wait an hour in the waiting room. You should really text people and let them know that she’s running late. sitting for an hour in the waiting room with a whole bunch of other people with a bunch of germs is definitely not professional.You guys certainly annoy me with making sure that I’m there 15 minutes ahead of my appointment with text. You should be able to text me and tell me she’s running an hour late.

The annual physical check up with our health provider in Long Island,NY. Included , chest x ray., breath test, and other testing if needed. Not done or recommended at Holy Cross.

I love her. She’s wonderful and the staff is very friendly. But honestly waiting for an hour in the waiting room to see her is ridiculous. She’s very attentive and I know she takes her time with people, but they should schedule accordingly or at least give you a phone call and let you know that they’re running behind. I would’ve preferred to sit in my car and not in an office waiting room.

Dr Sukhoo is EXCELLENT in all ways. She is THE BEST PCP I have EVER had. I wish the office was managed better though. The wait times in the office are too long! It’s not Dr Sukhoo’s fault. Not every patient can be seen and taken care of in 15 minutes. Some patients take longer especially if they’ve got different problems.
