I was so afraid when I first came to him ! I had very little understanding of what was going to happen he explained everything so I could understand and made sure to tell me I could call him anytime! He's amazing!!!!!

He explained everything and answered all my questions. Dr. Sugandi explained my tests and took the time to review them all. I did not feel rushed and was much more relaxed when I left.

I had to wait in the exam room over 2 hours to see the provider, the clinic staff did not keep me updated on the delays.

Dr Sugandi is an excellent Dr and cares about his patients. He always explains your options and is willing to help you with any medical problems. He always gets back to you with answers if you have questions! He needs to have more Drs in ER so he can have some personal time off. We don't want to loose him!!!

I waited over an hour to see the provider. The nurse didn’t come to tell me the provider was running late until I stuck my head out of the door. I know he was covering for Sydney’s maternity leave, but don’t reschedule appointments too close together is you know the provider can’t accurately cover the busy schedule.

Last year I waited too long to see the Dr, so I said this year I’ll leave if it happens again. Complete turnaround! Very rapid coming in,and took his time and showed concern for overall health.

He was amazing taking the time to explain and showing me the MRI's that I havent seen till that day and explaining how the surgery will be what to expect to happen afterwards.

I feel so much more comfortable and confident in getting this procedure done with this provider. There were so many red flags with the other one I saw, so I am glad she does not work there any more, and that I can proceed with the surgery with assurance that it will be done right.

Dr Sugandi is very thorough caring and listens to any questions that I have. Keep him happy here at Mercy or he will get employed by other care facilities as he is so valuable! He always lets me know all my options and says to call with any concerns.

My experience with Dr. Sugandi and his team was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to post-surgery care, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Sugandi’s expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence in my treatment and his compassion made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. His PA, Steven Henning, was equally attentive, providing clear explanations and reassurance throughout the process. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, kindness and a true commitment to patient care. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical/surgical care.
