My experience with Dr. Sugandi and his team was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial consultation to post-surgery care, I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Sugandi’s expertise and attention to detail gave me confidence in my treatment and his compassion made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. His PA, Steven Henning, was equally attentive, providing clear explanations and reassurance throughout the process. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, kindness and a true commitment to patient care. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical/surgical care.

This was my second umbilical repair (a fresh tear, not a repeat of the first one) and both have worked out very well. I enjoy my conversations with Dr. Sugandi as we often wander into biochemical topics (my area of expertise) where he is knowledgeable but still eager to learn more. On this visit we explored aspects of the suture material he used, which is a biopolymer I'm familar with! Plus it's an added bonus for me to learn about Indonesia, which Dr. Sugandi clearly likes to share.
