Well he’s retiring and you have no replacement yet. I was lucky to make appt with new provider next year but it is going to be difficult for others with two docs leaving and you haven’t replaced them or have anyone coming in near future

Dr. Kosakowski has been a wonderful eye doctor even back many years ago at the old clinic and he has helped me out the last couple months when I had eye infection very caring and got me the help that I needed

Sorry to see him retire. He is very good at what he does and provides very caring services. Takes the time you need to ask questions and understand where my eyesight stands.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kosikowski for many years. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and has a great sense of humor. He takes the time to explain things and ask if I have any questions. I know I'm always in good hands with him.

Dr Kosikowski was very good at explaining what he was doing. Also excellent responding to my questions I had. Took the time to make sure I didn’t have any concerns. Really a nice guy and experience overall
