I will be returning for my preventative care. She was great and took care of everything I needed and believe me it was a lot as I hadn’t been seen in a very long time.

I also needed a refill on a prescription and the nurse wrote it on the notes when she checked me in. After the frustration of waiting...I forgot to mention it. Called back in that afternoon to let them know what happened and they said they would check with the Dr and call me back. As I expected...NO RETURN CALL!!

Courtney is so wonderful at what she does. Her kind and warm demeanor makes me truly feel like she cares about her patients and finding them answers. Even if it means consulting with a colleague.

I feel like I'm not being listened to. This is the third time now I've been offered a referral to the weight loss clinic and I've mentioned in the past that is not something I'm interested in. I will not have gastric bypass surgery. When I asked about how this medication could affect my blood sugar (since it is similar to an older medication I took in the past), I felt like my concerns were brushed off and I felt like I was being rushed out the door. I looked at the side effects myself when I got home and sent in a message through my portal with my questions and concerns, which were better addressed that time.
