Lindsey was absolutely wonderful. She listened to everything I had to say and made sure to answer all my questions. She’s friendly and patient with me and did not rush me. She’s very easy to talk to, and she’s always responsive to my health questions.

Lindsey Stone was excellent. But there is one thing I’m unhappy about that has nothing to do with her. I received a flu vaccination during my visit and a few days later started receiving text messages and emails from the Trinity Health portal reminding me to get a flu shot. I know vaccine information is entered into NYS and other databases. So why are you sending me annoying messages for something I’ve already done?

Lindsey Stone took the time to address all of my concerns, she made recommendations for an annual flu vaccine, she also took the time to address my ear issues, she prescribed an ointment to soften the wax and have me come in next week to have the ear wax flushed out. I was very pleased with my wellness exam
