I noticed there were notes in My Chart that were incorrect, she charted part of a breast exam that was never done nor discussed at all. But now it is part of my chart as if it happened.

Very pleased with the diagnosis and fast test results. My usual dr was out and they shedual me in w oncall. w different provider , same day and had results fast.

I am sure this counts as one of my semiannual checkups with my doctor, but it was with a nurse practitioner. Trinity had me fill out an extensive pre visit update, which no one read before my visit. I had an emergency room visit three days before my visit, that was included in the update, but no one was aware of during my appointment.

She is very kind, attentive, and talked with (not at) me. It didn’t feel rushed but it didn’t take forever. I am just so pleased I switched to her as my PCP.
