I found the staff very friendly and helpful and they answered all of my questions with true, honest answers and I was very appreciative of the answers they gave me and I felt very comfortable with them and it was a rewarding experience having them help me with my needs.

Dr Steyers was kind considerate and knowledgeable… he listened with genuine interest!! Jordan his nurse was great.. she was kind and made us feel comfortable and was very capable… All in all we were very satisfied with all the aspects of the appointment. Thank you

Jordan really helped me calm down. She explained what and why she was doing before I saw the doctor. She helped me after the appointment too. You have a great staff.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Steyers was interested in my opinion while evaluating my condition. He was professional and considerate.. and explained everything that was asked of him.. I was very pleased and felt very comfortable in his hands! Thankful for him!

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr Steyers has always been excellent in taking the time to explain the various Afib treatment matters to me. He has always included me in the decisions regarding my Afib treatment and procedures, medications, etc... Overall a very pleasant office and staff from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. I’ve referred my own family to their office and to Dr Steyers personally.

Jordyn positive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr Steyers kind, caring, good listener, and answers all my questions. Secretary who scheduled surgery—wow! Had everything laid out for surgery, instructions, parking, and next visit
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I am used to small hospitals— overwhelming but all personal had me calm by the time I left. Thank you.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The entire staff is profoundly professional and everyone I encountered was helpful and delightful . I’m ashamed that I don’t remember their names, but the lady at front desk was so nice, as was the lady who checked me out and scheduled my follow up appointment. The nurse who greeted me, Morgan (?) couldn’t have been more pleasant. Dr. Steyers never fails to address all of my concerns and questions and manages to do so with great care and kindness. Just as an observation, the seasonal decorations are a nice touch and the little Grinch stuffies are fun and make you smile. There’s a great deal of serious business going on the office and anything that brightens the day is welcome.

Not a thing. Keep up the great work!

Everyone from the arrhythmia center exceeded expectations. My doctor went above and beyond expectations. Finished my visit off with an feeling of nirvana knowing I have put my life and heart with the best team of professionals.

The actual cardiologist/doctor being more interested in finding out what’s wrong. He didn’t seem to have much interest in trying to help me any further than that current visit.

Dr. Steyers was well prepared to discuss my current situation and recommend next steps. He was also very patient and tolerant, as I asked many questions regarding the platform to be used, procedure workflow, etc.

Dr Steyers and the nurse who did the EKG were both very pleasant, spoke right to the point of medical business, I felt like I made the right decision on medication offered and left the office feeling confident !
