The staff helped me get an appointment with him on a Friday, my day off from work, so I wouldn't have to take any PTO to come to this appointment.

He is a fine surgeon, he has replaced a hip for me and now repair a rotator cuff but he is also responsible for his staff training and development and his responsibility to honor peoples time. Anyone could have at any time simply came in the room and explained why Dr. Magoline was running behind or even simply apologized and asked if I needed to reschedule because circumstances have the doctor running behind today.

I think Dr. Steve is one of the best you have. Always polite and professional. Tells you the truth and I’m sure I’m a frustrating patient, because I don’t always want to stop and take it easy. He makes me understand what will happen if I do not.
