The dr was easy to talk to and the staff was very understanding. The office visit was fast. I don't have to spend a whole day seeing a doctor.

The visit went much quicker than expected (very short wait time). The provider also took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood my condition.

They were very professional upon arrival. Once I was checked in, I was called back within two minutes for x-rays. Then I went to my pod and the nurse practitioner and doctor came in and explained my MRI to me and options. They were very thorough and efficient.

Everyone was beyond wonderful! 100 out of 10! Love the staff and can't get anyone better than Dr Theiss! The only thing I would change is to have more handicap parking.
