Dr Frey always listens to my concerns and explains options to help with the issues I'm dealing with. He's kind, compassionate and understanding and very easy to talk to. Also Dr Frey's nurse is very helpful as well as the office staff. Every visit has always been a great experience.

Hi, Dr. Steven Frey was just one of the best doctors I've ever come in contact with. He really listened to me and I felt like he understood where I was coming from and what I wanted to get out of my visit with him. And also, the nurse that brought me back to the room, she was excellent as well. So courteous and respectful and just very pleasant. Even the woman that took my x-ray, she was just so pleasant. I highly recommend this place.

Virtua is a very important institution in the community. The staff is incredibly attentive, and the doctors I've seen have been excellent. As a Virtua patient, I am grateful for the help I've received. Special thanks to my bariatric surgeon, my orthopedist, and my cardiologist. All the staff at Virtua are very attentive to their patients. Thank you.

Yes, the only thing that I was surprised by is having to pay for my paperwork to be completed for my family medical leave or trying to get benefits for short-term facility, especially during my visit. If it was paperwork after my visit, I feel as though fine, it should be paid for. But if I am at the doctor at an appointment, I feel like I'm paying twice for a visit. But other than that, everything else was great.

By the time we completed check-in, there was a significant wait before we were called back. Once in the office, there was an additional lengthy wait before the doctor came in. Overall, the wait times throughout the visit were longer than expected.

Dr. Frey is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel like you're his only patient. I trust his opinion and treatment plan- he's the best!

Dr Frey was my second opinion Dr. I had one top Dr from a well known hospital refuse to operate on me despite the medical evidence suggesting surgery. Dr. Frey took over my care sucessfully perform the surgery and have given my knee the relief I been seeking for years. Dr. Frey explained everything in details and gave me an accurate timeline from start to finish. Dr. Frey outline the risk, expectations, and recovery. His staff were very proficient as well with answering and concern thru Virtua my chart and follow up care. To have a dr who work side by side with you is truly a blessing.

I felt like the doctor wasted my time, mileage, treated me like a pathetic dope and after the 3 hours of waiting and travel, refused to provide me with and useful pain meds or advice and just wants more tests and to maybe do surgery that might paralyze me. Will not prescribe simple anti inflammatory or give a a 3 month spaced cortisone shot he stated he was going to do. No reason - he just won't.

Dr. Frey made me feel very comfortable. He understood my issues, he did an on-site exam to test the validity of my claims, then made a sound recommendation. I appreciated his quick diagnosis and his offer for remote therapy. He also encouraged me to ride my bike and take care of matters on my own, which I appreciated greatly.

Everyone was excellent! Dr. Frey listens to his patients and explains everything in detail and formulates a plan that you can both agree upon. Highly recommended to see Dr. Frey for any orthopedic issues related to shoulder/knee.

My wife and I tried repeatedly for two weeks to get the office manager on the phone regarding the way my procedure was coded ( preventative vs diagnostic) and never received a return call . We called numerous times and left messages . Cost us $500 due to the coding . Not at all happy it cost us $500

Dr Frey is a good listener who definitely has my best interest at heart, he heard all of my concerns and addressed each one, answered all my questions and recommended another doctor for my care, as he doesn't perform knee replacement. I would definitely recommend Dr Frey for orthopedic care.

Dr. Frey, this was my first meeting with Dr. Frey. He was very professional, yet friendly. He had an excellent, what I would call, a bedside manner. He reviewed the plan of care with me and discussed treatment options. So I would highly recommend this provider to anyone looking for a good orthopedist.

Everyone there, from the doctors to the nurses to the front staff at both the office and the surgery center, were just awesome. Felt treated very well. Dr. Frey was great. My Visit with the physician was great. However, trying to schedule an appointment for the procedure agreed upon has been very frustrating. I have been trying to get the scheduler to call me back to schedule, but no response. I was looking forward to the procedure, as I have been having significant discomfort. I will most likely be looking for another ortho office soon.
