I love my doctor and the group of nurses and aids in the medical area are all so nice and caring............ But anonymously saying the girls at the front desk could use a little more personality and smiles!!!!

Yes, my experience with Dr. Santangelo is always terrific. However, I am on seven days without getting my scripts and five phone calls now trying to get my scripts filled and sent to the proper pharmacy, the same pharmacy I've been using for 30 years. I'm on seven days without my medication now. Seven days. That is my feedback. So Dr. Santangelo is terrific. The staff is awful. That's all.

It is clear that Dr Santangelo takes time with his patients and genuinely cares. His t was a great experience, and I would highly recommend him to any prospective patient.

Dr. Santangelo and his entire staff treated me with respect and courtesy every time I am in for a appointment. Dr. keeps me informed of everything related to my medical history and follows up with me on my progress. Dr. Santangelo is a GOLD STAR as far as I'm concerned !

Dr santangelo is a smart skillfully practitioner. Unfortunately his support at virtua does not match those skills. I had tried numerous times to reach out to him via telephone with medical issues that my Penn Medicine team wanted me to refer to him and was not able to get in touch with him. Take a lesson from Penn and hire better support staff!

Dr. Santangelo was fairly new to me and I've been very happy with the results. Sorry about that. One moment. As I said, I've been happy with Dr. Santangelo. I would prefer not to get a survey after every appointment with a virtual physician, but if that's the process, that's the process.

Dr. Santangelo has always listened careful and taken very good care of me for years. I travel 2 hours or more to visit him. That should tell you in a nutshell how much I trust him with my care.

I wasn't seeing the doctor. Dr. [REDACTED] wasn't in, but I've seen the other doctor. He seemed to know what was going on, but he couldn't give me any more pills of medicine until I saw Dr. [REDACTED] in the beginning of July. But other than that, the doctor was great. He was very nice, and I give him a 10. Thank you. Have a blessed weekend.

The staff was easy, checking in, and I saw my doctor quickly. Dr. Santangelo makes me feel like I'm his only patient. He remembers my medical history, remembers my family medical history. I would recommend Dr. Santangelo to any of my friends and family. Very pleased with the experience. I'm a longtime patient.

The office and bathrooms were clean and check in and check out was very easy. My appointment time until the time i was called to see the doctor was very short.
