No traffic Not a long time waiting in the waiting room Dr BAUMGARTEN was very efficient He answered all my questions I had a Cpap check I had a prescription refilled Scheduled another appointment in 6 months

Dr. Baumgarten was great and listened to my symptoms and treated me accordingly. The rest of the staff and the respiratory therapist were all very friendly and professional. All around, just a great staff who makes you feel very comfortable.

Dr. Baumgarten was amazing, friendly, listening to my concerns and expressing an opinion based on written information without having seen a CT Scan of my chest; he requested a disc copy so he could actually see what was going on, which I truly appreciated.

I said this after my 1st visit ... I would definitely recommend this office/doctor to anyone asking for a pulmonologist. From the front desk to the doctor & the tech who performed my pulmonary function test ... EVERYONE was kind & caring. At checkout, again, very nice & polite. I've been there 3 times and each time I had a very good experience. Thank you!

I enjoyed every moment! Just hope my Oxygen Walk results won't be an issue with my oxygen supply. At 63, with Seasonal Allergies that require a prescribed inhaler, and prescribed nightly use of my CPAP; my life depends on my prescribed Oxygen!

I appreciate being able to schedule my follow-up appointments at the office, even if the appointments are more than six months away. It's annoying when I'm at another medical practice with a system that can't schedule appointments more than six months out.

Dr Baumgarten is an excellent pulmonologist and I have complete trust and confidence in him regarding my health care. All of the associates are pleasant and easy to deal with in person or via phone. They are efficient and provide any prescriptions or assistance I request in a timely respectful manner. 5 stars

If the doctor and the staff are fine, it's your system of trying to get through to get blood work or something else. You have to go round and round to get to the right party.
