Going to NYC is more difficult than going to Paramus. But the entire experience was very well coordinated and all questions and concerns totally explained and addressed. In the future I would definitely look at the HSS first for any orthopedic surgery needs.

For the amount of time it takes to get into the city versus the amount of time spent with the doctor and his assistant, I feel that a postop visit could be done in their Paramus facility

Dr. Haas and Justin went ABOVE AND BEYOND with their care for me. I felt completely heard and respected. I left with a diagnosis of my complication and a very easy way forward. HSS always runs on time which is so amazing. Dr. Haas' artistry with my scar is also very appreciated. The new Paramus building is so beautiful and well designed. Just a 10+ for everything!
