Yes, I was very happy with my overall experience at the doctor's office. I thought he was very, very good at his job and his receptionist was very well. The receptionist when you walked in was very pleasant. I was very happy with him. I'm going to continue him as my primary care doctor. Thank you.

Yes, this is the first time I met with Dr. Stephen Ugbogbo and I found him very competent and took a lot of time with me going over some problems that I've been having and I would recommend him highly to anyone.

It was my second visit with Dr. Stephen; a follow-up from 3 months ago. The doctor explained he had been at the hospital and apologized for being tardy. We delved a little bit more into my health issues and he listened as I explained what I had garnered researching online, and asked if it was indeed true. He nodded and went into more detail I could understand and backed me up on the endeavor. I like and trust Dr. Stephen. I'll be back again :-)

Yes, the first time I've seen this new doctor. I've always seen Dr. Mike [ ] and the new doctor, he was just wonderful. I really enjoyed the visit with him. He's very self-explanatory. He told me things that I knew, but it was a good refresher. I will look forward to seeing him in a few months. Thank you very much and have a good day.

I was referred to a pulmonologist but was advised by her office, that because I was a new patient, there would not be an appointment available until February 4, 2026.

Office visit was very well, but what needs to be done with your phone system and your thing is to get directly into the doctor's office to have messages conveyed to them, not to go through this whole Meridian system and wait hours and minutes and minutes on the phone and waste my time as well as the doctor's time. You need office hours and visits right straight to the thing. so that you can get in touch with somebody in the office rather than having to go through a whole pre-party thing to get to the doctor. Thank you very much.

My feedback as a patient, new patient, was excellent. Everything overall was perfect. Excellent doctor, excellent in everything that was answered to me and every question I asked my doctor. And I would recommend him to anybody or to everybody that I would know or that I know due to the great service that I had from even office. scheduling the appointment, calling right away, everything was to 100%. So I do recommend Dr. Stephen to anybody, to every patient. It's been the greatest service. Thank you.

Dr. Stephen did all he could to determine what was causing my medical issue. Took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Stephen and will visit him again should need arise.

I was disappointed that I could not see my regular doctor after my hospital stay, so I had never even heard of the doctor I saw and knew nothing about him; he was like a total stranger to me; however, he was professional and courteous and did the job at hand proficiently, which was a hospital visit follow-up appointment. Now that I have met and interacted with him, I'm sure I'll feel more at ease if I need to see him again. The office staff was wonderful.
