Dr.Sturtz has been my a/p for many years. He addresses any and all concerns I have and makes appropriate referrals when needed. I feel very confident with the care he provides. Rose, his medical assistant is wonderful. She is friendly and extremely competent, reviewing medications, referrals, etc. The office staff is friendly when going over insurance information and making appointments, etc.

I think Dr. Sturtz is an excellent doctor. I trust him completely with all my health concerns. I have been going to this doctor for many years. I would never go to anyone else.

Dr Sturtz is wonderful, warm caring physician. His nurse, [...] is always friendly and caring. The staff are fine. The problem is trying to get them on the phone. You have to keep calling to try and get through, even during office hours. You can't leave a message. In [...]when I thought I had shingles, I had to use the Temple nurses phone number to get a message to the doctor. I was told to go to the urgent care.

I see several specialties/sub-specialties on a regular basis. While this office is not close to my home, I have found that the level of care at this office under Dr. Sturtz's leadership, is superior, and worth the drive. It is clear that the staff have great respect for each other and work as a cohesive unit.It is also evident that the office staff have great dedication to Dr. Sturtz, something rarely seen at the other providers I routinely experience(varying health systems [...], [...] and [...]). The addition of the patient portal and the ability to send non-urgent questions to this office(including scheduling my annual appointment) has only enhanced my patient experience.
