Dr. Rossman replaced my left knee two years ago; now he is treating my right hip. I love that fact that he did not jump right in with a replacement suggestion; rather, he suggested therapy followed by injections. He would determine the next step depending on how well or not I do with that protocol. Great doctor! Anthony, his PA, is also amazing!

Dr. Rossman, in my opinion, has the best bedside manner and is an unbelievable surgeon and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Thank you very much and I would highly recommend him as I have to other people.

The provider was excellent. He has command of his field of expertise and is an effective communicator. If I have to point to a weakness in the experience, I would point to the considerable amount of time between the appointment time and my actual meeting with the doctor. His two assistant physicians were great and lessened the impact of the waiting time.

Yes I had to wait almost an hour past the original appointment time, both Dr Rossman and his assistant were great. Stress free cheerful communication, clear plain explanations using laymen language. I definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I really liked the virtual translation technology you have; it's fantastic. Personally, I don't go to the doctor all the time. Fortunately, I'm a healthy person. Until I hurt my knees, it's hard for me to believe in medicine these days because it's based on alleviating symptoms but not treating the disease, investigating what's causing it, how to prevent it, and what strategies to apply to treat it. I feel there's a lack of empathy for patients who often arrive desperate about what's happening to them and don't just want to be medicated; they want to be heard.

The wait time was over an hour and a half long. The visit with the doctor was only less than five minutes and it was hard to reschedule an appointment.
