I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Jacobsen! I just had my year post op appointment for Right Shoulder Replacement Reversal and I’m beyond excited that I’m pretty much pain free and using my arm for everything after 2 years of pain and no use of arm. I absolutely love the office staff as well??

Dr. Jacobsen was great. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner, did not rush through my visit, and was very knowledgeable. Staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this office!
