I received excellent care from Dr. Luczak and his team. He addressed my problems and gave me the appropriate treatment and follow up instructions with explanations that were easy to understand. The whole team were pleasant and friendly. Competence comes first but being treated well is also very important.

Best Dr on the state of Michigan I certainly believe ! I just moved here from Houston Texas and was receiving care at the medical center in Houston the supposed best of the best ? However I’ve had better results with Dr Luczak and the physical therapy team than I ever got in Texas ! I’m very thankful to him
And his team for the outstanding care and support I receive at his practice !

Dr. Harper was out of town (he is my surgeon), but Dr. Luczak covered for him during my appointment and it seemed as if I have met him a hundred times. Very nice and personable.

He took time to understand my issue. The previous doctor I saw (elsewhere) spent very little time with me trying to figure out what was wrong and I got worse not better. This doctor helped improve my condition in one visit

Please share this survey with your team in your weekly meeting. I have been a patient of the IHA/Trinity family for two decades and this is truly only of my best experiences! (I didn't mention the Lady at the front desk and the Triage Nurse - they were part of this great experience as well!)
