Dr. Harper was out of town (he is my surgeon), but Dr. Luczak covered for him during my appointment and it seemed as if I have met him a hundred times. Very nice and personable.

He took time to understand my issue. The previous doctor I saw (elsewhere) spent very little time with me trying to figure out what was wrong and I got worse not better. This doctor helped improve my condition in one visit

At my post op appt there was a concern with my hand. Dr. called me a few hours later to follow up. All was well and his concern was much appreciated.

Please share this survey with your team in your weekly meeting. I have been a patient of the IHA/Trinity family for two decades and this is truly only of my best experiences! (I didn't mention the Lady at the front desk and the Triage Nurse - they were part of this great experience as well!)

After researching for a good match for me and closer to home…I was sincerely impressed with the reason Dr. S. Brandon Luczak became an Orthopedic Physcian!
His expertise, character, training and passion to help young and older persons who are Sports minded, caught my attention immediately.
Very pleased Ian matched me up with him for this appointment.
He is the first doctor out of three injections who personally prepped and did the injections in the back of my shoulders. It went remarkably smooth!👍🙏🇺🇸🇨🇦

Everything inside the office and waiting room is great. My only complaint would be the lack of available parking as the lot always seems to be full.

My right rotator cuff was torn with additional damage in my shoulder. Dr. Luczak was able to repair my shoulder, it has been 7 mos since surgery and have no pain (prior to surgery pain was at 8/10), and most of my strength is back. I am very happy I picked Dr. Luczak to complete this surgery.

Id recommend Dr. Luczak to anyone needing shoulder repair. He is on point. Please note that as a patient you also have to man up and put in the time with post surgical physical therapy. Thats on you.

Dr. Luczak has a conservative approach but is extremely forthcoming with all the possible treatment options!!!! Growing up in a medical family and working as a medical professional myself, I am so thankful to have Dr. Luczak has my physician!!!
