Dr. Sansone takes her time with you and listens to what you have to say. She doesn’t try to rush you out of the office. She explains things in plain English, not “doctorese”. Her staff is the same way. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my treatment

As I already noted, Dr. Sansone has a great bedside manner and seems like a knowledgeable practitioner. I also liked the support staff and the office is in general.

I had a wonderful experience from the time I entered the office and was greeted by Jen, the receptionist in the front. She's wonderful, polite, friendly, kind. The nurse that brought me into the office was also very nice and professional. And Dr. Sansone is an angel. She answers all your questions. She has a great personality. She's very knowledgeable. She's friendly. And I will never go to anybody else. She's wonderful. Highly recommend. Thank you.

I was very, very happy with Dr. Sansone. She's very good and nice in all ways. But I do have a problem getting through to the office. Always have to call a bunch of different numbers till I get through. And now I am waiting for medication. It wasn't put in the first day. And while it is put in, I needed authorization. And I've called, but I haven't heard back from the doctor. Hearing back is always very time consuming and don't get very fast. I'm not sure if I have a direct, if there's no direct number to her or if I have to go through different people, but that is a problem. If you could take care of that, then everything will be perfect. Thank you.
