All measures should be made to keep staff members for the long term. Each visit the MA staff has changed. All are excellent, efficient, respectful but it would be comforting for patients to see a familiar face especially during a sick visit like mine.
For me that care that I receive from NP Stephanie is excellent and unless required that I see Dr. [ ] whom I adore, Stephanie is always my first choice.
Lab staff changed some time ago. This was a mistake. Personality counts when someone is approaching you with needle in hand.

I did have to wait 40 minutes before I saw the nurse practitioner. I was brought back to room quickly, but waited 40 minutes in a room.

Everyone’s very nice and had good hand washing skills. The Stephanie explained everything to me so that I understood. The nurse Levy was very sweet and concerned so was Stephanie.
