Everyone was very professional and helpful during this time when I had Covid and needed an appointment, zoom, ASAP. Aurora and Cheryl as well as Dr. Stephanie were wonderful. Dr. Ben was very helpful and getting my prescription sent to CVS so I could start the Paxlovid. Everything was explain thoroughly.

I really liked the doctor I saw. This was my first time seeing her. She maintained eye contact, showed concern, listened to what I had to say and didn't seem dismissive. As a black woman I am often left wondering if I received equitable care. I did not have that concern with this doctor.

I am very happy with IHA and in particular, Dr Machinski. I Loved Dr Reza who retired, and was assigned to another Dr. Who left the practice. Then Dr Machinski was a choice---a perfect fit. I feel she understands my point of view and needs.

Service was excellent. The nurse asked me what my concerns were and wrote them down so the doctor could review before she met with me. Also, I didn't feel like I was overstepping my time on the appt. After we finished the initial [....]concerns for this appt, she asked me if there were anything else I wanted answered and it was a good opportunity for me to ask her questions concerning covid, [....] a second booster [....] and discussed the shingles vaccine. Very thorough.
