Sabrina the check in nurse was the best. Conversation was great and she made me feel good about being there
She introduced me to her supervisor and I told her how I already live the dr that took care of me . Dr.Bango. She listened and acted accordingly to help me. Very good experience overall.

It's been a mixed bag with Ochsner. Some providers seem to have recently finished med school and need A LOT more help with their bedside manner, or you know active listening and compassion skills. Then, there is Dr. Bango, who goes above and beyond. She makes everything so much easier to deal with at Ochsner. I'm grateful for her.

Good experience, while checking in the people at the check in desk had some play amongst themselves but I did get checked in rather quickly.
