Receptionist is the first person I see, gives a very good impression. Very calm,professional,friendly and nice smile. Makes me feel welcome.Pretty sure her name is Denise. She doesn’t act like she hates her job. That’s important. PA Stephanie couldn’t have been better. Very calm, helpful and caring.Offered great suggestions. Easy to talk to. Had an insurance data issue at check in that Denise was very diligent and patient within solving the issue. Michael,RN BSN and Stephanie,PA were both very compassionate ,helpful ,efficient and were able to diagnose and treat my issue. We appreciate for the high level of care from the entire team today. Misty was kind of,caring and professional. Stephanie explained things very clearly and throughly I quality appreciated the posted wait on the website.now I know that I could have an appointment,although I thought I didn’t experience any delays without one.
