That Stephanie was excellent. The gentleman at the desk was busy eating and I had to wait for him to even notice me standing at the window. Once I got his attention he was fine. The room nurse was quiet and all business, still good care

She was polite, well spoken and very knowledgeable. I had gone to my regular doctor prior and they gave a medication not strong enough. Stephanie prescribed something stronger and I felt better by the next day

She is very professional and knowledgeable. I got in right away for a serious condition and she treated me thoroughly. She called in 2 prescriptions and they were ready when I got to the pharmacy. This was all around excellent service and great care. Thank you.

I ended up using the walk-in clinic. The provider herself was really nice. However the registered nurse that I dealt with before her was a different story. The nurse trip all my vitals asked me to show her where my pain was while she's taking vitals. I know you're not really supposed to move when they're checking your blood pressure and everything cuz it can change. Then after all that she looks at me and goes full I don't know what test to give you what test do you want. Do you want a COVID test I mean some people take that at home and just went on and on and then she goes well I'm just going to get the PA because I cannot figure out what test to give. Thank goodness the provider herself looked in my throat and knew to give me a COVID and strep test.

We have used this as an urgent care clinic, not family practice so a lot didn’t apply but they were always wonderful and [Name] got great care from beginning to end.

When needing urgent services while working with the VA I always request use of Mid Mi urgent care and Stephanie o Long Raids Road . Staff has always been polite and receptive to veterans health concern . Stephanie is the best very knowledgeable and respectful Always had the answers for my problems! Thank you

Went to this office after a positive home Covid test. Tried to do a video visit but online provider wanted me to have my lungs checked. She was very direct in the encounter which I appreciate.

the only thing that i found different was that they only take only one problem at a time if you go there with 2 things wrong with you you have to chose only one problem that is wrong with you you cant chose two i had two things that i needed to have looked at
