Dr. Hughes is simply the best. She is thorough and explains everything in layman terms so the patient can understand. She answers all questions. She is a geat asset to your organization. I truly appreciate her help.

The care and compassion, I was nervous about procedure and the nurse made me feel calm, she was very sweet and calm me down! I appreciate that so much!!

Dr. Hughes I feel was is best at explaining the situation . What was needed to be done and how that was going to happen. He nurse staff were very cold and non- informative to what was going on and what was to be done.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nurses and aids could have been more explanatory to patients. They would just come in , do what was needed to be done and leave without explanation. The phlebotomy staff were excellent and professional.

I get the same treatment upon every visit by Dr. Hughes and her staff. All are friendly and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Hughes is kind, caring, and answers all questions to my satisfaction. More important, I don’t feel like a patient, I feel like family to her and her staff.

Dr. Hughes provided me with test results and explained the changes from previous PSA results. My wife now goes to her because of my recommendation.

Dr Hughes and staff are alway on the top of their game , they’re always kind courteous and respectful . They always do an excellent job taking care of me I would recommend them to anyone need their kind of care and expertise.

I don’t think there’s any need for improvement to what is already and excellent system, every thing and everyone works in unison that provides excellent care for their patients.

Dr. Hughes is a great doctor who really cares about patients and is willing to help them in any way. She is also extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a qualified physician.

I’m a veteran and the va found them for me. VA pays for everything. I give TRUC 5 stars. I trust them all the way. Been to urology clinics for 20 yrs. with little results. Dr. Hughes is only Dr. that discovered my problem.

Dr Hughes, was outstanding!!! I was ready to give up, after no result!! Then I found Dr Hughes!! She is amazing !! She listen to me about my problem!! Not rushed at all. I am just so impressed with her and all the staff!!!
