I would like to express my gratitude to Dr Helmer for the successful surgery that saved my life. I treat this as a re-birth and thankful to Dr Helmer and entire hospital staff for providing me excellent care during and post surgery.

Dr Helmer took the time to explain everything to us during our first visit to the office. We had a delay in getting to see the cardiac surgeon and she was able to explain everything . She sat down and answered all of our questions, she was not rushed. She even took the time on the Saturday after surgery to answer a question from our daughter. We felt like she really cared about us and that matters.

Dr. Helmer is a world class physician. She cares about her patients and treats us with respect. She literally saved my life.

Dr Helmet is a person with great bed side manners ,. She is an exceptional professional surgeon coupled with a great personality , pleasant and down to earth especially when conveying complex medical information to the patients . I was blessed to have had her as my surgeon .

She exhibits a confidence in her skills and knowledge of her subject. She is calm in her explanations and has a beautiful smile that lights up her whole face. Put me at ease right away. I am not a young person -84-, so I was very tense about my diagnosis and treatment. At this point, I have a strong desire to stay on this earth a little longer- God willing - and be in the hands of a very professional surgeon.
