I came in with a bite on my inner elbow and she couldn't discuss it, it wasn't on the agenda. I still have this itchy bug bite on my elbow two days later.

Dr. Guido is the best. I have been seeing her for at least 10 years. As time has gone by she has only improved. She always explains, in detail, what is going on with my health.

The doctor seemed to be in a rush/distracted. She did not examine my ears, throat, or eyes. I still have the same medical complaints as last year and no real concern or compassion was displayed.

My only problem is I'm unable to have 1-2 RX's on file at the pharmacy for easy refills. The response time to getting an OK takes awhile. Is this the norm for all Virtua doctors?

Everyone was great except whoever I had to check in with at reception at the front. I was prepared with my cards and everything and they were very short and rude with regards to what they needed from me and confirming information

Since I previously worked in healthcare, I am not the easiest patient. I really appreciate the Dr. Guido listens to me and treats my input with respect. We are a team and that is very important to me.

Check in went quickly and smoothly. The registrar was very pleasant with lots of smiles. I did not have a long wait ... doctor "on time" ... the nurse assistant was likewise courteous and listened to my questions and concerns. I always enjoy my time with Dr. Guido.

The audio was glitchy quite often making it so we had to repeat ourselves and it definitely interfered with how well I understood things and left me feeling like I wanted to ask more questions but I couldn't because of the constant audio glitches. My doctor is great, as I've had in person appointments with her before.

I was a little apprehensive about my visit as my doctors office closed that i had seen for many years but from the minute I walked in i felt comfortable and cared for. Everyone greeted me with a smile and kind word. The doctor spent time with me going over medical records. Thank you

I was able to get an appointment the same day for my uti and get help. The doctor was very good. I truly would say it was a very good experience. Thank you. Also I received a follow up call a few days later which was a nice experience.

Needed a merca swab and was told to go to lab. Lab told me the doctor was supposed to do it. Went back to office and got my merca swab. Very frustrating.
