was running behind - understandable always in medical office, but no greeting, hello, how r u? rather a caution that if I wanted to discuss a very serious car accident I'd had, that different accommodations would be necessary.

It can be frustrating when we are asked to be at appt 15 minutes early (and begin getting texts if we are not there exactly 15 minutes early) to then wait another 20-25 to be seen. Having said all that, what I love about this IHA doc office is the attention and time spent with me when I’m there. I have never felt rushed. So I’ll take that and wait a little if need be.

Stephanie was great! I came with an issue that was causing me physical and mental discomfort and she put the treatment plan in a simple way I could easily understand. She also made me feel much better about the situation and what the options are for the future.
