The entire experience was outstanding. From the PA, Stephanie, to the X-ray tech, to the MA, the nurse navigator, and the surgery scheduler, everyone was excellent with their communication and care of both my daughter and us as parents. Dr. [ ] did a wonderful job of explaining our options, including our daughter in the conversation, and making sure all of our questions were answered both before and after the procedure. This entire team took such amazing and efficient care of our daughter. From the time she [ ] to the time she was in the OR was only 5 hours, and we never had to wait in a busy ER waiting room since they have their own X-rays and were able to see her urgently in their clinic.

The provider was most excellent. One of their assistants was wonderful, she was the one we saw on the second casting visit. The first gal, not so much.

She is excellent with kids. Having both a middle school aged son and daughter who had [ ] a month apart from one and other, she was very patient and took the time to answer their questions and concerns as well as mine. She also did not strung us along with multiple follow-up appointments, but gave us the necessary information shall any concerns come up. I definitely recommend!
